John Alvin passed away. I didn't really know who he was, but I knew the artwork he made. I've been a fan of this guy's work since I was a kid and I never knew.

Visit his site at www.johnalvinart.com and take a look at gallery. Anyone who went to the movies during the 80's and 90's will remember seeing these in the lobby. He created the campaigns for some of my favorites.
